Glass granules
Glass granules are an angular, iron-free, reusable blasting medium which is suitable for use with stainless steel and aluminium. The angular shape of glass granules has a more abrasive effect on the surface being blasted than glass beads. However, glass granules are less aggressive than alumina because they are not as hard.
